After more than 25 years as an entrepreneur in Florianópolis, I have reached a point where I want to bring together, more clearly, what I have built and what I still want to help build.

That is where dkind, my strategic practice, begins.

My background spans communication, marketing, business, place and artificial intelligence. At NVX – Nacionalvox, De Olho na Ilha, LeadSquad and DASHCiTY, these fields come together in different ways. Each initiative broadens my experience and the way I approach the questions that come my way.

Today, I want to put that experience to work in conversations, decisions and projects where I can make a meaningful contribution. dkind gives that intention a clearer shape through three areas: board roles, project collaboration and business partnerships.

These are different ways of taking part, each calling for listening, clear responsibilities and commitment to what we agree on. In all of them, I want to understand the context, ask good questions and build together.

Connection, trust and experience are the three pillars of this chapter. Connection to bring people and perspectives together. Trust to speak openly and sustain relationships. Experience to recognize what I have already learned and judge what I still need to learn.

Developing a personal brand also invites me to be more explicit about how I choose to work: where I can contribute, who it makes sense to build with and which commitments I am prepared to take on. The brand gains meaning when those choices take shape in practice.

This content space is part of that process. Here, I will share thoughts, questions and reflections on business, communication, artificial intelligence and the relationships that run through all of them. I want to record what I am thinking and make room for conversation.

As I suggest in A IA e Eu and through the Os Novos Pensadores movement, thinking better remains essential. That is the spirit in which I begin this new chapter: bringing my experience with me and staying curious about what comes next.

If our paths cross around any of these questions, let’s talk.

Connection. Trust. Experience.
